Pascual Espinoza

Great Plains Industries is excited to welcome Pascual Espinoza as our new Business Development Manager – FM&I. Pascual brings a wealth of experience, a passion for problem-solving, and a dynamic approach to building FLOMEC partnerships.

With over 25 years in flow meter and water quality technical sales, design, application, and support, Pascual has seen the industry evolve—and he’s been part of that evolution. As a degreed electrical engineer, he thrives on tackling complex metering and sensing challenges to deliver the best solutions for customers.

His career journey is as impressive as it is diverse. Before joining FLOMEC, Pascual served as Business Development Manager for the Americas at Sika USA and spent more than two decades as North American Technical Sales Manager at Badger Meter. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Baseband Engineer at AirPrime, contributing to the development of the Palm Treo 3—the first smartphone—in 2002. And before earning his engineering degree, Pascual served in the United States Marine Corps as a Scout Sniper special forces operator, stationed in Hawaii and Japan.

But Pascual’s story doesn’t stop at the office. He’s married to Whitney, has five adult children and two grandchildren, and leads an active lifestyle that includes physical fitness, yoga, motorcycling, mountain biking, and golf. A scratch golfer and member of Stonehenge Golf and Country Club, Pascual loves the challenge of the game—much like the challenges he tackles in business.

When he’s not on the course or the road, Pascual enjoys cooking, playing cards, volunteering with special needs groups, and spending time with family and friends. He’s also hands-on with home improvement projects and working on motorcycles, cars, and boats whenever time allows.

Pascual is excited to be at Great Plains Industries and looks forward to collaborating with the entire team. His unique blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and passion for innovation will help FLOMEC continue to grow and adapt in a changing industry.
