Manufacturing Employee Spotlight

Manufacturing Employee Spotlight

In our Manufacturing Employee Spotlight, we celebrate the dedication, craftsmanship, and innovation of the team members who help bring our products to life. Get to know their roles, achievements, and the unique contributions they make to our success.

ASHLEY KARLESKINT

Ashley Karleskint has been with GPI since October 2020. Her typical day involves working on hand pumps, chemical pumps, or M-Series pumps, which she enjoys because of her passion for building things. Ashley loves putting together fuel pumps and finds great satisfaction in her hands-on work.

Outside of work, she has a hidden talent for singing and has performed in front of Broadway producers and Tyler Perry. In her free time, Ashley enjoys reading, doing makeup, and participating in search and rescue missions. She also has a penchant for exploring abandoned places and haunted asylums, adding a touch of adventure to her life.

MIKE GRAY

Mike Gray has been with GPI for 24 years, 10 months, and 12 days, but who’s counting? He started in assembly, where he was promoted to production lead, then to production manager, and now holds the role of operations manager for pump products. His job involves coaching, mentoring, and leading his team to excellence, ensuring they have what they need to succeed.  If you’ve ever been on a tour of GPI, chances are good that you have met Mike!  When not in meetings, Mike spends time on the floor, talking to employees about ways to improve their work. He loves the company for its culture, the people who own it, and the wonderful atmosphere created by his colleagues.

Outside of work, he enjoys camping, fishing, boating, hunting, and spending time with his friends, family, his wife Christine, and their two Golden Retrievers, Lillie and Vallie. Taking his Corvette out of the garage also brings a big smile to his face.
