Shippingg reat. They even supplied Mylar film with it but I could not get the plunger in the housing. This due to the stainless steel liner that fits inside the housing, did not sit flush with the inner housing wall. Had to take it to a hydraulic center.

HP 100 rebuild

Kit arrived in a timely manner and had everything I needed. Installing the piston was a bit tricky since this pump uses a thin stainless steel shim wear sleeve inside. The mylar installation sleeve was not a real help as it would get cut in the area where it was supposed to be supporting and guiding the piston into the bore. I ended up using a .004" feeler gauge and an o-ring pick to work the piston first into the sleeve, then the piston ring. From working on automatic transmissions, I knew to do this plus let the teflon piston ring shrink back to size after installing it on the piston. Everything works great now.
