  • All in stock items will be shipped next business day if ordered before 3pm CST
  • Expedited Orders must be placed before 1pm CST to be shipped same day
  • GPI will advise on lead time for build to order items that are ordered
  • All orders ship from Wichita, KS via FedEx
  • We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes
  • We DO NOT ship online orders outside of the United States

Shipping options are determined by carrier capabilities. Please note that overnight and 2-day shipping options do not include weekend delivery. Shipping options and costs are calculated based on the provided shipping address.

RETURNS

  • For returns of items purchased from our website, please contact us at shop@gplains.com
  • We accept the return of unused products for 60 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unused condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements. Original and return shipping costs are nonrefundable, and a 15% restocking fee is deducted for any returned products. Once the returned product is received and evaluated, the return refund will be applied to the original order payment method.
