The GPI Gear Pump Overhaul and Conversion Kit is designed to help keep GPI 12-volt, 24-volt, and 115-volt gear pumps running as long as possible. Complete overhaul Kit for your GPI gear pump. Whether you have an M-150, M-180, or M-240 this kit will allow your pump to return to the performance it had on the first day it was used.

Compatible with M-150, M-180, M-240, and M-1115 series GPI pumps.

Pump rebuild kit

The kit had all the parts needed for our model pump with extra parts for other models which we saved just in case. I would like to know if some one from GPI would contact our local Tractor Supply Store in Titusville, Pennsylvania and see why they do not carry this rebuild kit on their shelf.

Good kit

Easy to install. How often should you do this???

Thank you for product review. I'm glad the Overhaul Kit installed as it should for you and you're up and pumping again.

As for how often you should install an overhaul kit, the answer can vary greatly depending on the amount of use the pump gets. Generally, if the pump is used very frequently, the parts in the overhaul kit last longer as the pumping of the fuel helps keep all the parts wet and seals in good working order. If the pump sits unused for a while or is used only occasionally it can need an overhaul more frequently, as the parts can dry out or bake in the heat and need replacing.
