This GPI Overhaul Kit is designed to keep the GPI HP-90 Lever-Action Piston Hand Pump working as long as possible. It includes flapper valves, O-Rings, seals, retaining rings, and PTFE inserts.

Very Helpful

I’m the next person to take over duties at our club. Our hand pump from GPI on the transfer tank stopped drawing diesel fuel. There was no model number on the pump, just a 2015 warranty expiration date. What to do? I went to the supply store where it was probably bought and they were selling the approximate pump for $250. No rebuild kit. I went to the farm equipment sales place, they sold another brand of pump, and no rebuild kit. So, I called GPI support. I described the situation and what kind of pump we use. The support person said it reads like this model, and I need these rebuild kits. I wrote down the part numbers, went to the website, and ordered the parts for $62. A few days later they arrived. I went to the club, and rebuild the pump with the easy to follow instructions and diagrams. I was finished in less than an hour with my limited mechanical ability. Thank you GPI!

HP 90 rebuild

Everything went together easily. The piston pin seal retainers were a bit tricky but they seated and the seals held. Pump works fine.
